Processing Times

All Magnolia Beau pieces are handcrafted with care.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Made-to-order or custom pieces may take additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design. Estimated timelines will be provided in each product listing, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Shipping Methods

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class), which includes:

Tracking number

Delivery confirmation

Up to $100 of included insurance coverage

Expedited shipping upgrades (e.g., USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx) may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

At this time, Magnolia Beau Silver ships within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and are interested in a piece, please reach out to magnoliabeauco@gmail.com to discuss possible shipping options.

Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

Each order automatically includes up to $100 of insurance coverage through USPS Ground Advantage.

If your order exceeds $100 in value, I strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout to fully protect your piece during transit.

Once a package is scanned in by USPS, Magnolia Beau Silver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged:

Check your tracking information and contact your local post office.

If you purchased additional insurance, you can file a claim directly with USPS.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Tracking updates are managed by USPS; please allow 24–48 hours for the system to update after shipping.

Packaging

Every Magnolia Beau piece is lovingly packaged in eco-friendly materials and ready for gifting. I do my best to minimize waste while ensuring your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Shipping Delays

I do my best to ship on time, but once your package is in USPS’s hands, delivery times are out of my control. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact transit times. Thank you for your patience and understanding — I truly appreciate it.
