Refunds & Returns Policy

Each Magnolia Beau piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, often made to order, and created with great care. Because of this handcrafted nature, custom and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or refund.

Please be sure to confirm your ring size and any design details carefully before purchasing. Sizing errors or a change of mind are not valid reasons for a return.

Return Requests

In the very rare circumstance that a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

You must provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return authorization must be requested via email at magnoliabeauco@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

All shipping costs (original, return, and any additional shipping) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will determine whether a refund or store credit will be issued. If store credit is offered, it will be for the value of the item minus a $50 restocking fee. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me immediately at magnoliabeauco@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Repairs After Purchase

Life happens — if your jewelry becomes damaged or breaks after you’ve received it, please reach out to me at magnoliabeauco@gmail.com to discuss a possible repair.

Repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve a repair fee depending on the nature of the damage and the materials required.

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to me, and return shipping costs once the repair is complete.

I do not offer free repairs for damage caused by wear, accidents, or improper care.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different item, the quickest way is to complete a return (if eligible and approved) and place a new order separately.

Refund Timeline

If your return is approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact me at magnoliabeauco@gmail.com.
